1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom: No Contact & Healing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bloom is a self-help wellness application designed to support users during breakup recovery through no-contact tracking, breathing exercises, journaling tools, and AI-powered conversational support. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The AI Therapist feature is an AI-powered conversational tool powered by OpenAI's technology and is not a licensed therapist. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suited to your specific situation. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

5. User Accounts & Data

The App does not require account creation. Your data (including journal entries, chat history, and preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Bloom offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Share or redistribute content from the App without permission

8. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI to power the AI Therapist and reality check features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content
• AI features are not a replacement for professional mental health care, counseling, or therapy
• Your messages are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing; however, they are not used to train AI models
• We are not responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated advice

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, code, and branding within the App are owned by Bloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI features.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
